E-Print benefits

E-Print adds tremendous flexibility and automation to the offset printing process:

  • Instead of being printed in sections and collated afterwards, the E-Print prints complete collated, duplexed books.
  • This makes on-demand and ultra short run printing viable.
  • It also means that last minute corrections to pages is no longer cost prohibitive.
  • Jobs that are wanted in small regular quantities can be regularly updated. This means no wasted print and a product that is always up to date.
  • The E-Print is uniquely able to change design elements on each sheet during the printing process. This allows for on-the-fly personalisation of text, graphics and images for specific tailoring to an individual or group.
  • The E-Print is a sheet fed press and can print on a wide range of papers, card, films, adhesive labels and heat transfer stocks.
  • It can print in anything from one to six colours.
  • The proof is made by printing the job on the correct stock. No variation occurs on the final print run.
  • Once your job has been E-Printed we can archive your job and re-print it on-demand in the exact quantities you require. Reruns with no changes do not incur the original setup charges.
